How soon can I get an appointment?

At this time, availability ranges between 1-2 weeks subject to scheduling needs.

What is the cost per session?

Therapy appointments are $150 per session, with your initial intake appointment at $190.

Payment, Insurance & Good Faith Estimate Notice

Cypress Counseling Collective is considered an out of network provider and does not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit card and HSA debit cards. We are happy to provide a superbill upon request to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers are required to provide self pay individuals both orally and in writing a "Good Faith Estimate" of expected charges. Cypress Counseling Collective will provide you a GFE through the Simple Practice client portal upon scheduling.

Do you offer telehealth/virtual sessions?

Sessions are available both in person and virtually. Telehealth services are available for clients in the state of Arizona at the time of session. Please schedule a consultation to learn more.

Do you accept insurance?

Cypress Counseling Collective is an out of network provider. All healthcare providers are required by the No Surprises Act to offer and provide as requested a good faith estimate of services. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance directly to learn if your plan includes out of network mental health coverage. We also accept FSA/HSA cards for session payments.

How long are typical sessions?

Standard sessions are 50 minutes in length, whereas your initial session is 75-90 minutes long. If you'd like to discuss longer regular sessions, please let us know through the contact form.

Where are you located?

Centrally located in the North Central corridor of Phoenix, west of the Murphy Bridle Path and near the Melrose District. Our office is at 6868 N 7th Ave, Suite 104, Phoenix, AZ 85013.
